The two companies have teamed up to pre-wire 190 homes in California for EV charging, so that more people can be ready for zero-emission driving. This is something that we here at Acme Nissan are quite excited for, not only because it is a great initiative, but also because it is paving the way for even more EV ready homes in the future.

The foremost benefit from this partnership is that City Ventures is now claiming that they will be pre-wiring all homes in future developments following the initial 190 that they wire with Nissan. The first 190 homes will be wired across three developments throughout the state of California, and the wiring will be the groundwork for level II EV charging docks that can be used with the Nissan LEAF.

Nissan and City Ventures Pre-Wiring Plan:

- Phase 1: After pre-wiring is complete, City Venture housing development residents will be able to easily install EV charging equipment in both single-family and multi-family garages at Signal Hill and Santa Barbara
- Phase 2: A location in Alhambra will also gain mixed/public garages compatible with EV charging docks
- Phase 3: Pre-wire all future City Venture developments
