The 2012 Nissan GT-R Continues As Planed

All the time Nissan has spent carefully choreographing the launch of the refreshed GT-R sports car has paid off. According to current reports, the roll-out of the car will still continue on track despite the terrible incidences of both the earthquake and tsunami striking Japan.

Special Update Regarding Nissan LEAF Shortage

If you read or watch the news, you know that Nissan Motor Co. has been struggling to meet demand for its hot-selling, pure-electric LEAF. Well, according to more recent reports it may face additional tribulations when it resumes taking orders.

To put Nissan's situation into perspective: In the fiscal year, starting in April, the Japanese automaker has capacity to produce 50,000 LEAFS.
