I walked into the service department without and appointment to have the minor rattle in the back of the car fixed. The service manager was friendly and accomodating and had an employee take the car for a quick ride to listen to the rattle. After about 30 minutes the car was fixed, no rattle and no charge and smile on everyone's faces. Thank you Acme Nissan for service with a smile and a job well done.
