What a pleasure! Our best leasing experience ever. Our sales associate went out of her way to find the perfect car for my daughter. They completed two recall updates and a 15,000 mile maintenance (and an unexpected car wash) in a little over three hours. Such a professional staff. Best buying-a-car experience that I ever had. I didn't feel pressure at all during the first day with our salesperson showing us the car and taking us on a test-drive and explaining fully the different details about the car. The sales manager took the time to respectfully explain to us what my trade-in was worth and felt comfortable and honest to me. A great experience! He walked me through the service department to meet everyone and we made my first oil change appointment. He told me if I had any problems at all to always call him or text him and he would help me out. I feel that my experience when buying the car ends, they truly want to continue their relationship with you through any assistance.
I couldn't believe how easy and quickly it was to get an appointment, be checked in, and have the work done. Each team member I spoke to had a smile on their face and was very warm and friendly. I was in no rush to buy a car to replace my 17-year-old Altima, but I met our sales consultant while I was getting an oil change at the friendly Acme service center. While I waited for the service, we did a test-drive and discussed payment options. Our sales consultant was easy to talk to and understood/respected my stance on not being in a rush. All in all, the process was smooth, understandable, low-pressure and even fun. Highly, highly recommend.
The Acme team used every means of communication to be respectful of my time. My new Pathfinder is great, and the price could not be beat by anyone. Bravo. Well done.
